If a cluttered desk is a sign of a cluttered mind, of what, then, is an empty desk a sign?

Albert Einstein
These challenges will create the foundational frame for the main picture on this adventure. Forensics is a branch of digital forensic science pertaining to evidence found in computers and digital storage media. The goal of
computer forensics is to examine digital media in a forensically sound manner with the aim of identifying, preserving, recovering, analyzing, and presenting facts and opinions about the relevant digital information.

It doesn’t matter how many times I have to click, as long as each click is a mindless, unambiguous choice.

Steve Krug
This section is all about getting the to the core. After you collect your information about the attackers, it is time for a payback. Challenges that can be used to learn about a variety of computer security issues such as
privilege escalation, vulnerability analysis, exploit development, debugging, reverse engineering, and general cyber security issues will be waiting for you under this category.

Never fall in love with an idea. They’re w*****. If the one you’re with isn’t doing the job, there’s always another.

Chip Kidd
Schrodinger's theory reads; if the door never opens, your reality may or may not alter into the form of a huge inconvenience for your team. Meanwhile the question of “if you can not see them, can you stop them” is also still very relevant. Certainly not my friends.
Then get ready for some cracking exercises. Cryptography is about constructing and analyzing various protocols which prevent the exposure of secrets to a third set of eyes. BTW, please do never forget that perceptive skills can sometimes take you even further.

All that is valuable in human society depends upon the opportunity for development accorded the individual.

Albert Einstein
Bring all your rapid and dirty solutions with you. Analyze the problem, pick your language, the weapon of your choice and start coding like never before. Utilize your ol' machine's
clock power and destroy all the obstacles one by one. Programming involves activities such as analysis, developing understanding, and generating algorithms in a target programming language

Photography is the simplest thing in the world, but it is incredibly complicated to make it really work.

Why join to HICTF 2019?

CHALLENGE YOUR Rivals

It looks like you have been improving your skills lately but are you ready for a test? Prepare to challenge your rivals on a "fun & friendly" cyber war game.

STAY PUNCTUAL

We know you can do it but it's a competitive world out there, so can you do it ASAP? See the battlefield, create your game plan, stay punctual, and never forget. Istanbul is a city of first come first serve.

Develop Solutions

Keep your favourite tools close my friend because things are going to get a lot warmer soon. A friendly advice; don’t forget to take 5 min naps for challenges of that kind.

TRACKDOWN/TAKEDOWN

One by one the clues will lead you to the nest but it is up to you what will happen next. D7 is confident that you will win this war but don’t slack around and hurry up ! Every minute counts.

IMPROVE YOUR SKILLS

Shine up your claws with the shattering shadow of your enemies. In the name of an ethical warfare, this cyber battlefield will honor all of its warriors, even the losers.

MEET WITH HACKERS

Maybe you already are one. Maybe you are on the virtual path to be one, but one thing is certain my friend and that is that CTF is the best place for building a strong network bonding experience within professional security perspectives.
